Team and Transactions
Culmen Capital’s team combines deep capital markets expertise with the perspective of operators and entrepreneurs. Our professionals come from leading investment banks, private equity firms, and financial institutions, and have also built, scaled, and exited businesses themselves.

We are bankers, investors, founders, and advisors - bringing an ownership mindset and integrated perspective to every mandate.
Across capital markets advisory, M&A execution, and strategic growth planning, our team brings decades of transactional experience, sector insight, and a global network of institutional investors, family offices, and corporate partners.
We have led financial strategy at multinational companies, guided founders through complex exits and acquisitions, structured capital across the full stack, and supported businesses in achieving transformative growth.
